My Story & Mission

"Make no mistake- this is not just a job to me- it's my life's mission. Leading people to health- it's my personal calling from God...therefore- I take my mission very seriously.
-Christie Korth
Her professional journey was shaped by her own recovery from a terminal diagnosis of Lyme meningitis, Crohn's disease, and other significant health challenges, inspiring a lifelong commitment to helping others uncover the root causes of illness and reclaim their health.
Christie has a unique perspective on practice. She has been both a patient and a practitioner. Korth is a self proclaimed professional patient escape artist who can tell you how leave AMA from hospital in a flash, (obligatory disclaimer: don't do this) navigate the challenges of being a patient and survived being in the hospital over 100 times in 10 years.
Though Christie is nationally known for her battle against Crohn's Disease detailed in her first manuscript- at the very precipice of her career; in 2013; Korth was again knocked down.
This time- her battle mission was a terminal case of Lyme meningitis- which rendered her bedbound, 90lbs, having upwards of 5 seizures a day and sporting a bloody foley catheter. She sustained brain damage which caused severe autonomic dysfunction and executive functioning loss. She required a fleet of mobility devices, including a wheelchair, a rollator and joked that she "ran on batteries" as she adopted a portable oxygen concentrator. She often joked- she fell so often- she should have a pink helmet with sparkles.
Fortunately, Korth's long time primary coping mechanism- humor- had not been stolen by the ravages of Lyme...
In 2015, Korth met and attended a lecture with the esteemed Dr Richard Horowitz- the Godfather of Lyme Disease. She was determined to find a way back to treating patients and no longer being one!
With her friends and colleagues support, Christie traveled via wheelchair to the Envita Clinic in Scottsdale AZ. In fact- she traveled the country looking for answers. Not only did she find them- but as a personal goal to herself- Korth went on to ditch her wheelchair and starting running again. With the help of Dr Robert Melillo, Dr Dave Gentile and many others...
In 2017, Korth was honored to lecture at the Columbia University Lyme Disease Convention in Philadelphia, PA. After delivering the first nutrition perspective on infectious disease of its kind, she received a standing ovation post lecture with Dr. Brian Fallon. In true Christie fashion, naturally after that event- she took her son Jayden to run up the famous Rocky Steps in Honor of Lyme Awareness.
The rest, as they say- is history. Korth's harrowing, enlightening and downright frightening experience with Lyme Meningitis earned her a new interest and sub-specialty in infectious disease and professional alliances with even MORE amazing practitioners.
Christie embodies the "walk your talk" model, as a result- failure- was simply- not an option.
Her next highly anticipated Lyme manuscript is currently in the works.
In a nut shell:
Why Does Christie does do this work?
"I never want anyone to go through the hell I walked through- so I will dedicate my life to helping and healing those in need."
-Christie Korth

In addition to her private practice, Christie has played a leadership role in developing nutrition and wellness programs on a national level. As Corporate Director of Nutrition for Brain Balance Achievement Centers, she helped translate emerging research on nutrition and neurodevelopment into practical dietary strategies implemented across centers throughout the United States. Her role included development of training modules and conducting training sessions with functional neurologists in Brain Balance Centers across the country.
From 2020-2022, during the height of the pandemic- Korth served as a patient advocate whilst holding a position as Director of Nutrition for The American Frontline Nurses. Utilizing her prior experience with infectious disease, she dually supported patients and developed cutting edge nutrition protocols later adopted by the FLCCC for both acute and long hauler COVID patients and practitioners.
