Happy & Healthy is delighted to have clients all over the country!  I am pleased to offer an option which is ideal for those who are not in the NY area.  This option still includes all of the goodies the the traditional package listed above.  Our meetings would take place via telephone, as opposed to face to face.  Your program giveaways would be mailed to you once each month.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery time for your Happy & Healthy Surprises by Mail Package. Pricing is the same as the traditonal 6 month package above. Contact us for special discounts!

A new service which will debut in May 2008!  Teleclasses are convienient way to expand your knowledge and learn about a specific health topic of your choice.  This service offers a health solution that possesses optimum flexbility!  You are able to take these classes right in the comfort of your own home, or anywhere that you choose to dial in.  Even if you miss a class, you may still order the recorded version!

Run Time: Each lecture runs between 60-90 minutes.
